Along the same lines, I see similar issues with people forwarding email accounts to hotmail/live/outlook and then marking those (legitimate) forwarded emails as Junk. Some of them appear to not know about the delete button, I have seen bunches of reports at the same time.

I usually follow up with the customer if there is a lot and tell them to stop marking the legitimate emails as junk or remove the forwarder, I don't enjoy reading their personal emails. If they don't respond and continue to mark them as junk I will just remove it myself.
