Neither SNDS not JMRP have anything at all to do with Office365. Not even a little bit. Not now, nor in the near future. Perhaps someday.
The context of SNDS and JMRP is strictly Hotmail, Outlook, etc. It has nothing at all to do with anything that passes thru, "protection.outlook.com" which is AKA Office365. It is, unfortunately, a common source of confusion, but there it is. Can you little 'r' me with a sample of the full headers as delivered, and perhaps I can assist. Aloha, Michael. -- Michael J Wise | Microsoft | Spam Analysis | "Your Spam Specimen Has Been Processed." | Got the Junk Mail Reporting Tool ? -----Original Message----- From: mailop [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Steve Freegard Sent: Friday, August 5, 2016 3:42 AM To: [email protected] Subject: [mailop] O365 false-positives Hi, We have a customer (kettle.co.uk) reporting that their email going to O365 via our servers is being delivered directly to the Junk folder in O365. The systems sending the mail are 208.43.75.107 and 184.172.50.186, neither are new IPs and neither is the domain. I'm registered for SNDS and JMRP for these IPs and they show 'Normal' status in SNDS and are reporting traffic as 'Green' with a complaint-rate of <0.1% Anyone from Microsoft able to help me understand why their messages are being delivered directly to the Junk folder, particularly when they're person-to-person and not mailing-list traffic and what I can do to rectify this. Thanks in advance. Kind regards, Steve. -- Steve Freegard Fort Systems Ltd. _______________________________________________ mailop mailing list [email protected] https://na01.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3a%2f%2fchilli.nosignal.org%2fcgi-bin%2fmailman%2flistinfo%2fmailop&data=02%7c01%7cmichael.wise%40microsoft.com%7ce40cad677f09401b2b6908d3bd1e4678%7c72f988bf86f141af91ab2d7cd011db47%7c1%7c0%7c636059910174619975&sdata=GNTiSIIF9YcgG%2f%2bWRsxsYmsTgO%2b4CRnIwgIkAnhNK4w%3d _______________________________________________ mailop mailing list [email protected] https://chilli.nosignal.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/mailop
