Hello

Our Email Services implement SRS to forward emails from SPF protected
domains.

So the envelope server is being rewritten to the domain of the
'forwarder'.

Example:

[email protected] => [email protected] (forwards to
[email protected])

After SRS Rewriting the sender looks something like:

SRS0=[SIGNATURE][email protected] =>
[email protected]

Unfortunately this is spam and [email protected] has choosen to have
spam emails tagged in the subject and delivered.

Now google seems to be computing a reputation of 'sender domains'.

The result is:

Our system has detected that this 550-5.7.1 message is likely
suspicious due to the very low reputation of the 550-5.7.1 sending
domain. To best protect our users from spam, the message has 550-5.7.1
been blocked.

This starts affecting all our customers with an eblcom.ch email address.

Any good ideas how to prevent that problem?

We furhter encapsulate the SRS Sender to be able to detect the account
that caused the bounces and disable/fix bouncing forwarders. But still
this does not seem to be enough to get us a better reputation.

Kind regards
