Mainly you shouldn't use SRS, but if you keep using it don't allow this 
choice.  Have them configure the destination so it fetches messages from 
their mailbox hosted by you.  Some would continue to forward HAM, thus 
only SPAM would be held on your system, which is sort of ugly but might 
make your users happier as their e-mail continues to be mostly IM-like.
