Hi Otto, If it's unused space then does it really matter if it's listed? Nobody should be seeing legitimate email from that space.
As has been mentioned on this list in the past, hiding the IP address you are having trouble with doesn't help anything. So, I can only make an educated guess that if you gave each IP address a unique forward and corresponding reverse entry then you might have better luck de-listing.
