Subject: [mailop] Microsoft Support

Hoping to reach Michael Wise from Microsoft with a couple of issues that have
stalled.

Michael, I'm hoping you can help spur some investigation/escalation on a couple
of issues for which I have opened cases, but seem unable to get any actionable
response from Microsoft support.

The first is for sender Readers.com
([email protected]<mailto:[email protected]>, 185.90.20.151
and 185.90.20.152) SRX1374063477ID. I requested escalation back on 2/15/17,
and stopped getting responses from Microsoft support.

The second is for sender Sunglasswarehouse.com
([email protected]<mailto:[email protected]>,
 185.90.20.149 and 185.90.20.150) SRX1374390390ID. I requested escalation back
on 2/16/17, and stopped getting responses from Microsoft support.

Happy to share more details if you'd like.

Best regards,
Phil Schott
