So your customer runs a website and doesn't know what the 'delete' button does. Also, they (I imagine) pay for a domain name but can't be bothered to use proper email hosting for that domain. Or even worse, forward that mail to their hotmail address.

And let me also guess that the website sends mail with a "from" address in the domain in question to both your customer AND the visitor.
