I've never had any luck reporting abuse. Maybe a couple of responses
out of hundreds researched and sent.
Thanks for your help.

Hello,
I've noticed a large increase in spam coming from 151.106.48.nnn.
I've put in a iptables rule to droop all traffic from there, but is
there a way of making a report to any of the spam clearing houses
about this?
Thanks,
Curtis
The list maintainers prefer to not use this list for spam reporting,
there is another list (probably a few) "[email protected]",
and you can search the list archive for information on joining,
however if you ARE going to report them, you should include a specific
example type.
Also note, this range of a /24 has several operators, and you might
like to show exactly which operator/ips are responsible.
And given that this is a French operator (Velia) that operates the
network, [email protected] might be a start, not sure how their
reputation is for responding, but you can try first there.
