You can get a dedicated v6 /64 from Linode just by asking; they route it
to the assigned IP in the shared /64, so you have to do a little bit of
config trickery to make the dedicated /64 the primary source for
outgoing v6 connections.  I did that years ago and haven't had any v6
trouble since (just used for my personal stuff only so very low volume).
