Sources include data from multiple breaches including but not limited to LiveJournal and LastFM. I can nail down some of the data to a breach no later than early 2008, since the only one that has made it through my defenses was aimed at a one-use address associated with an account that only existed for a few months in 2007-2008 before the address started getting botspam and the account was closed.
