No. The only way to escalate is by replying to those emails. Was this Outlook/Hotmail, or Office365 ?
Aloha, Michael. -- Michael J Wise Microsoft Corporation| Spam Analysis "Your Spam Specimen Has Been Processed." Got the Junk Mail Reporting Tool<http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=18275> ? From: mailop <[email protected]> On Behalf Of Frank Richter Sent: Wednesday, January 16, 2019 5:30 AM To: [email protected] Subject: [mailop] Outlook, Hotmail, live etc. rejecting e-mails from tu-chemnitz.de Hi, the outbound mail servers of tu-chemnitz.de (134.109.228.11, 134.109.228.40) are blocked by *.protection.outlook.com. Unfortunately I can't see the cause on Smart Network Data Service ("All of the specified IPs have normal status."). I sent some support forms (https://support.microsoft.com/de-de/supportrequestform/…) but the automated answer doesn't help us (was in German, meaning "The occurrence of errors is unlikely …") Is anybody able to help to get in contact with a human being at Microsoft's e-mail services? Yes, we had a phishing and (by abusing accounts) later spamming incident during the Christmas holidays. We took some technical measures to avoid this in the future, more to follow. Kind Regards, Frank Richter -- Frank Richter IT services, Chemniz University
