I have now received 6 followup emails from their "security adviser" who strongly believes I need to schedule a 15 minute call with him to fix the problem. That seems excessive, right?
I dug through all of their countless reports they've sent to us over the past few months and I found one small instance of abuse, but overall the abuse reports are very inaccurate and seem like they are just a ploy for selling a service.
