Not sure what freemail provider that would be.

When we showed ads on messages, it was only ever shown when the user was
reading it.  Now, the only ads are in the thread list, but still require a
user to view the ui.

The storage for inactive users hasn't really been an issue yet, as a
percentage of overall cost, maybe that'll change someday.

Now, lowering the priority of delivery to inactive users to spread the load
out, that's an idea.
