I see the big lists of nefarious IPs coming through this group so figured my hosting provider may be interested in them so that they could head them off for all their clients. Turns out they were not bothered at all, I could block them from my server (which I do) but they would not.
I'm assuming they pillage IP ranges till they are pretty much blocked everywhere and then sell them on to the unsuspecting?
