Hi Brett,
Likewise, we've been trying to get through to someone at AT&T to help
a new customer whose mail server seems to be getting blocked by AT&T.
As far as we can tell it's an IP-based block and the customer just
received their IP allocation through an ARIN transfer from another ISP.
Have you had any luck getting through to someone at AT&T who can look
at your issue?
Thanks,
Tom Fantacone

We're warming up some new IPs and ran into an issue with AT&T. Though we
followed their procedure we still haven't heard from them. Is there anyone
on here that I can chat with? Thanks!
Brett
