Hi Mailopers, I hope everyone is doing well and staying healthy.  I’m hopefully 
looking for some help from someone at Verizon/OATH/AT&T with a sporadic AT&T 
block on our clients IP pool.  We thought we pinpointed the issue (and the team 
at AT&T unblocked it), but it came back a little less than two weeks later.
