Linux server running postfix, set to use Maildir, and a script that handles the forwarding that rewrites headers to pass DMARC (and pass DKIM and SPF if things are correctly configured on your end): https://xnnd.com/deanfwd.sh.txt Lots of opportunity for failure, based mostly on case sensitivity, but believe it or not, it has served me well. I've truly been using some version of this since 2015 on multiple accounts. Possibly longer. Can't remember the last time I had any sort of issue.
