With my @exim.org hat on (so, er, "yes"): originally pdkim but the code
was done as an import (contributed by the PDKIM author) and has been
independently developed, so the Ed25519 support is AFAIK Exim-only.

pdkim/README:

No longer includes code from the PolarSSL project.

This copy of PDKIM is included with Exim. For a standalone distribution,

The Ed25519 support was written by Jeremy Harris, both the OpenSSL and
GnuTLS implementations. PDKIM uses PolarSSL.

Both pdkim and Exim are GPLv2+.

That README should probably get an updated year range since Jeremy's put
a lot of work into it.
