Checking the details (I know one of my team has already reset the IP for
you), it looks like it got caught up in a bad neighbourhood that started
spamming one of our customers, and some slightly over-zealous volumetric
rules kicked in to expand the range of IPs that got added to CSI, which we
can review and adjust based on this.
