You may contact Google using this form: 
https://support.google.com/mail/contact/bulk_send_new They won’t reply directly 
to you but if the problem is genuinely on their end, they will fix it within a 
few weeks.

However, I think that the problem you are experiencing is related to either the 
general quality of your mail-stream, the reputation of the sending IP 
addresses, or a specific element within the message for this one customer.

I would suggest that you closely review the type of messages going out and the 
URLs in those messages.

we're a small data center and hosting company with some customers that are 
sending mails over our smtp relay.
Since some days we're facing a problem with gmail recipients.
Our system has detected that this message is
421-4.7.0 suspicious due to the nature of the content and/or the links within.
421-4.7.0 To best protect our users from spam, the message has been blocked.

We had no problems last weeks with hacked mail accounts or spam.
The send mails are 100% legit from a fairly large company, the mails are 
requested on the part of the customer (order confirmations).
Since we get the same warning from other customers too, there is no common 
ground in the mail content.

Is there any possibility to get contact to a person?
