That's a unique bounce message that I haven't seen myself in recent memory. That does suggest a block against specific text or link or domain. So, you've potentially got a content issue to figure out. Irritating, but it's usually something that can be figured out. Perhaps it IS a block against bit.ly. My testing just now shows that when I send from Yahoo -> Gmail with a bit ly link, it goes to the spam folder. If I include a link to other domains or no link, it goes to the inbox. Not a very scientific test, but something to think about.
Do also do the Gmail submission form at https://support.google.com/mail/contact/bulk_send_new - they promise us that all submissions are reviewed, even if they don't respond.
