All, I'm trying to find out how widespread this is and if there's a known cause. Over the past couple weeks we've seen an increase in the total number of unique Microsoft complaints for several senders, with some really large ones who previously had a 0.01% rate jump to around 0.14% and it's remained consistently around 0.06% since.
