Thanks for confirming, this makes it worse.

It means the support portal is only partially broken, and for the
specific listing I'm trying to open a support ticket their code fails
(it's a zombie listing of a /19 from 2003, probably a different code
path than a ticket for a /32 listing). I don't have other listings in
my network, so I can't "drive-by" their portal issue in another ticket
either.

And the query to support@ did actually get a ticket open (ticket
confirmation landed in my junk folder), it just seems completely
unmonitored as I'm already waiting for a week.


So yeah, a human intervention will be required for this one.
