We had a mistake in a config which resulted in some user From:s on other domains and should have been relayed through user-configured SMTP relays instead going out directly. Config persisted for all of a few minutes, which is no problem for other providers, but did result in Outlook completely blocking the offending IPs.

In the past, the Outlook folks would always do the dance of responding to the ticket with "not qualified for mitigation", but then would change their mind after getting more detail in a reply email to the ticket. Now when I try to reply to the email I simply get radio silence, presumably the replies are going into a spam box somewhere like almost all other mail to outlook from tiny-volume senders.

If someone at Hotmail could kick ticket SRX1527587915ID, I'd appreciate it.

Matt
