Here is wery low traffic out from my MTA, and only small amount of this outbound mails are going to gmail (<10/week), thus it cannot be massive in any mean ;-) I use HE IPv6 tunnel, with /48 net, from which i use only one /64 block yet, thus even all neighbors are under my control. I have even working PTR for IPv6. I didn't noticed any unusual outbound traffic from my net. Delivery via IPv4 works without any problems, thus for now i enabled ipv4_prefer in my MTA.
