However, if I'm recalling correctly, Mr. Rafa's problem with Google is solely due to the use of a domain under an independent/private registry zone (eu.org) which has a history of abuse. That is worse in a way than being stuck on IPv6, as people actually care about how their domain names look to humans and you really need to pay for one in a traditional gTLD or non-monetized ccTLD to get solid deliverability. In the end, all spam control works by imposing costs (including problem-solving effort) on all senders so that the vast masses of low-rent spammers who lack the resources (including skills) to pass muster.
