Hi List Privacy Policies make it hard for us to solve the email issue of one of our customers.
schlageropenair.ch mail is handled by 5 mail.h-email.net. It looks like the MX was recently changed. Our customer has an email account on that domain that was 'sponsored' for an event. Unfortunately the owner of the domain is not known to our customer and he can not access his email account any more. Furthermore, we get spam reports from Netcraft UK, when sending emails to the account in question. So somebody is reading those emails (or using the domain as spamtrap). But Netcraft does not reply to any attempt to contact them by email. I have contacted the registrar openresolver. I have contacted the Hoster Parkingcrew. Both tell me, they can neither reveal who their customer is, nor pass on a message. I supposed, the domain was put for sale and a grabber might have acquired it. So I contacted nic.ch. They confirm that there was no owner change of the domain. But same privacy: They can not reveal the owner or pass on a message. Knowing it was a sponsored domain. I checked with our customer, who the sponsors are and contacted all of them. All confirmed, not being the domain owner. So the last option I wanted to try, is contact the operator of the MX receiving the emails. Hosted on AWS, so contacting Amazon is useless. Unfortunately h-email.net has no website, is registered anonymously, has DNS server operated by GoDaddy. Useless going down that rabbit hole. schlageropenair.ch descriptive text "v=spf1 ip6:fd1b:212c:a5f9::/48 -all" h-email.net descriptive text "v=spf1 ip6:fd96:1c8a:43ad::/48 -all" unfortunately ip ranges that are not announced, and not registered with any IP registry. Does anyone know, if h-email.net also operated by GoDaddy?
