May I suggest a bit different approach, not based on SPF: postgrey, the "reference" greylisting daemon for Postfix, comes with a configuration file "whitelist_clients" that lists senders that exhibit "no retry" or "random IP retry" behaviour simply by their domain name, FQDN patterns or IP ranges.
