Hello everyone,
I wasn't aware of the existence of this mailing list, but I was encouraged to 
reach out in hopes that someone might be able to assist me.
We don't send mass emails, run campaigns, or engage in similar activities. We 
are an SME dealing with web hosting that recently acquired our own ASN and 
become RIPE members.
Due to the unavailability of IPs, we purchased our first subnet from an ISP.
Unfortunately, it turns out that the subnet was blacklisted, presumably by the 
previous owner, on 3-4 lists.
We've reached out to most of them and provided the requested information 
(historical whois records, contract, purchase invoice, etc.), and they removed 
us from their lists (TrendMicro, Proofpoint, Microsoft SNDS/Postmaster, 
Spamhaus - PS: Thank you guys! ).
However, there are web hosting companies out there, similar to ours, that use 
spamrats at the Exim level (reject).
Every attempt to communicate with them has been unsuccessful. Clients have 
started to complain that their emails, personal emails from person to person, 
not lists or campaigns, are not being delivered.
I don't know if they are simply ignoring me or if they think I'm some kind of 
scammer and have gotten involved in this whole process (becoming a ripe member, 
getting my own ASN, changing WHOIS details to continue sending ...spam...).
 If that is what they think, I could just lease a subnet from IPXO or someone 
else... Anyway.

And in every email communication with them, I never received a response and if 
I did, it was sarcastic.
I've sent the purchase contract, I've sent the purchase invoice, I've sent 
whois records confirming that yes, the previous owner used to send spam, but we 
have no connection to that now.
Clients are starting to complain, and we can't do anything because it's our 
first subnet. No matter what IP we change to, we still face the same problem. 
We don't have any others!
And the whole /24 is blacklisted!
Does anyone know an email address of someone working at spamrats who might be 
able to help?
I really don't know what else to do. I don't know how long ago they were 
sending spam before we purchased the subnet, but we have it for about 4 months 
now, and we're still blacklisted!
I don't know where else to turn, but this particular issue has created a lot of 
problems for us out of nowhere... 2 customers already left because of this.
