Hi All, Since yesterday, we have been having issues delivering emails to Microsoft destinations (Hotmail/Outlook). We deliver emails from several IP addresses, and we are being temp-failed across many of them with the following error message:
4.7.650 The mail server [<IP address>] has been temporarily rate limited due to IP reputation. For e-mail delivery information, see https://postmaster.live.com (S775) [Name=Protocol Filter Agent ][AGT=PFA][MxId=11B9A386454EAA89] We monitor all of our IP's on SNDS. They are all Green or Yellow. None in Red. We have also opened up a ticket with Microsoft but haven't heard back yet. Does anyone have any pointers on what we should do? Is there anyone from Microsoft here that would be able to help us figure this out? Thanks.
