We have an abuse form design to be user-friendly for common internet users, in
compliance with the new EU regulation (DSA).
For professional, we can accept report by mail. But it required a validation
and verification process to avoid false report or false positive. If you want
to be considered as a valid abuse reporter, you can contact me directly, and we
will check if your reports could be processes by our automatic workflows. If
you send abuse report thought mail without, be on the trusted list, it requires
manual check.

To reduce the amount of work the support department has to do.
Less abuse tickets --> less work.
Sendgrid also sometimes allows spam operations for months and doesn't
react at all.
