Maybe somebody from Freshservice is reading this list?

In the last two weeks, I received a couple emails from feshservice.com
which clearly contain spam.

To me, it looks like those support cases were opened with the 'victim'
as the requester of the case opened so they receive the
'correspondence' of the case (the spam payload).

I have pointed this out in some emails exchange with Freshservice
Customer Service and DPO but they don't see an issue and do refer me to
their client who booked that service and with which the cases were
opened. But their client also can not explain why I got those emails
from their freshservice hosted instance.

The cases can not be found (I suppose they were the deleted right after
being used to send spam?)

So maybe their customer's account was compromised to abuse the platform
to send spam? Anyone seen similar emails? Anyone from Freshservice
willing to further investigate the cause?
