Hi Some update on the issue at last, now that some other support agent took over the case at Freshservice.com
They now acknowledge, and also finally realized and confirmed their customer is indeed sending spam via their platform. As a result they announced going to terminate all of that customer's accounts. I also finally managed to contact their alleged customer who claims not having any contract with Freshservice and only now learning that there are several accounts under his company name with Freshservice. So either their customer sent those spam emails and now pretends he is innocent, or some third party created accounts using the company name and details without permission. But how was the service paid for? But hopefully now the spam outbreak has been stopped.
