Yes, you're probably right - at least the domain/tenant is most likely not created by the spammers. Whether the mail
account was hijacked or created through some hack against the tenant is not clear, on one hand the prefix it looks like
a plausible south american name, the numbers and random letters may be part of the tenant's idiosyncratic naming rules
or may be an attempt by the spammers to create names with minimal collision risk. Without looking at the history of
those accounts it's impossible to know.
