Hello,

Since we changed our x509 certificates for the MX hosts of charite.de,
mimecast.com customers cannot send anymore.

mimecast.com seems to prefer the ECC certificates over the RSA ones,
and then fails (because, once I'm disabling the ECC certificates,
mail goes through on the next try).

I tried [email protected] but of course a mail
company cannot be bothered to have a working postmaster@$domain
address.

when I tried to get in touch with Mimecast a year ago, it was quite tedious. I somehow managed to create a support ticket, but without successful resolution, as they simply stopped answering after a while.

My best bet would be to ask an existing customer to open a ticket with them - but I keep my fingers crossed you are more lucky than me.

Florian
