Yes, that's the typical error you see, but hard to tell why.. eg.. was
the sender still trying to use v1.0?
Noticable large increase across multiple sources.. but every wireshark
so far shows the issue on the sending side.
You think the senders would notice the increase in outbound queues from
some of their servers..
Strange thing, we sometimes see issues from the same IP failing, then
working later, then failing again..
