Yes, it would be good if mail servers were implemented so that the block
list works both ways. If you block some server from sending mail to you, you
automatically block yourself from sending mail to that server. But even this
would work only in case if the sending and receiving server for a given
domain are the same...

And that's the closest thing to your "wish" you can do - if you know that
someone blocks you, block them with "550 You don't accept mail from me, so I
don't accept mail from you" or something similar...

Wish there would exist an extended status code specially for this case... :)
