I actually think they may be backed up right now. They've stopped
responding to me as well. I've been trying to get someone to get past
the usual automated pushbacks since Jan 28th.

They're right though - big providers never make mistakes ;)
Anyway, how many times did you push back against their decision in the
email chain? It sounds like you might could do with a couple more.
I pushed back until they stopped responding to me. I realized the issue
with me wanting to reject email from Microsoft is that they won't send
the error back to the user, making it look like I'm silently dropping
email. So I guess I'm going to keep pushing.
