Bang your head against the nearest wall. When you open a ticket with olcsupport you'll get a reply from an ignore-bot that says everything is fine. (Hint: it isn't.) reply that it isn't fine and your case will get routed to a human who will eventually fix it. Until it happens again. Lather. Rinse. Repeat.
