I'd like to join in welcoming all of our new correspondents here. I myself only stumbled in here after something like twent years of runnining some sort of mail service, and was very happy to find this group of very knowledgeable people who were willing to share sound advice and opinion. I am of course quite curious - are you just starting out running a mail service, or did you, like me, join after some years of battle^H^H^H^H^H^Hexperience?
