Yes, for a long time.
Google completely ignores abuse reports about these (and about their firebaseapp spammers, and the assorted spamming
gmail accounts).
I've implemented rate limiting - whenever I detect a spam message from one of their IPs, that IP is blocked for 8 hours.
At least it keeps the number of log messages down a bit.
