I'd say it's safe to state it's not you. The server is (mostly) not responding on port 25. I tried from four IPs in Finland (which is where their box is, in the Hetzner Finland datacentre). My primary is provided by Telia; unsuccessful. My secondary is in a different Telia network; also unsuccessful. I have a small VPS inside Hetzner here in the same DC, although in a totally different IP address range; successful from there. Also an IP in a range provided by AS39699 Lounea was able to connect to it.
