Opening a case with all required information, including bounce message and logs from our mail platform. As an ISP we have multiple email domains on the same bunch of IP addresses. Getting back a question about the naming the exact 'sending domain'. Replying to this question, explaining this affects multiple domains, naming the one most affected. Sending in more recent logs. Getting back the same question to please specify the exact sending domain and submit logs showing the issue. This is what I just did a couple of hours before! Well, at least the issue is gone, but I am never sure if microsoft does something or if we could just wait 2-3 days for the issue to disappear.
