Another voice into the wilderness for non-response on mitigation of senseless
blocks sending to outlook.com.
First noticed S3140 error messages over a week ago, and logged a request for
help - they came back and said “Fixed”… it's not… no difference, still same
rejections.
Topic subject of back and forth on “help” request:
“Re: 7102857903 DoNotEdit: Re: Important information about your Microsoft
Support Request 01KRD1PYK0TEMB6VCEXR9JC00T - DoNotEdit: 7102857903” Last
interaction was yesterday re-sending error messages in response to them asking
for error messages already provided.
We are a small-volume sender, personal emails only, no bulk, no spam (I watch
the logs too carefully lol). All set up with DKIM, SPF, DMARC, etc. On a
reputable VPS, single IP, no rep issues, no more than 5 a day to outlook.com or
associated.
Why is it so hard to get them to fix this? (rhetorical question)
