Issue:

I suspect that our ISP email service domain @eblcom.ch with thousands
of mailboxes is on an internal brevo or sendinblue blocklist.

Brevo customer is getting an error "Admin Blocked" when attempting to
send an email to any @eblcom.ch recipients.

Brevo tells it's customers it's because the email is being blocked by
the destination and has to be solved by the receiving ISP.

I don't see connections. Emails from same brevo customer to other
domains on same MX as @eblcom.ch are received no issue.

Conclusion: Emails don't get sent. I need a tech on the sending side to
investigate and not blindly tell 'it's the recipient ISP fault'. Wasn't
able to get any tech by phone because we are not a customer of brevo.
