Hi Gang

In 2024 there was a massive data breach at the french mobile phone
operator free.fr

https://haveibeenpwned.com/breach/FreeMobile
https://www.dataguidance.com/news/france-cnil-fines-free-mobile-and-free-eu42-m
https://www.cnil.fr/fr/sanction-free-2026

Data from that breach starts increasingly being used by Twilio Sendgrid
customers for advertising.

Of of their IP is now even listed @ Spamcop I assume for this reason:
https://www.spamcop.net/bl.shtml?168.245.27.60

"SpamCop users have reported system as a source of spam about 120 times
in the past week"

But from a reply from Sendgrid Abuse-Desk they don't seem to understand
the severity of the issue and just merely 'unsubscribe' the recipient
from their customer who as I assume stated having obtained this data in
a legitimate way instead of questioning their customer HOW and WHERE
FROM exactly he got the data and maybe co-operate with free.fr which I
am sure would be very interested in finding who stole their customers
data and who is selling it to other companies.

Maybe someone here from Sendgrid / Twilio could take a closer look? If
so, please contact me off list.

Mit freundlichen Grüssen
