We are a company based in Italy and are evaluating the possibility of
offering email hosting services to German resellers.
They asked us to provide a "communication interface with authorities
that complies with ESTI requirements and is certified by the German
authority TR TKÜV".
From what I understand, a specific certification is required, which
certainly requires time and expense and is required when the number of
activations exceeds 100.000 mailboxes.
Are there any German providers listed who can confirm these requirements?
In particular, is this certification mandatory and what does obtaining
it entail (requirements/time/costs).
