Hi

One of our IP addresses once more got hit by the ominous S3150 about 4
days ago and still going.

* Filling Form
* Replying to automatic first reply, confirming we follow best
practices recommended by Microsoft, asking for human review.

The third time now I got a human reply asking me to just re-submit the
ip or ip range via form to create a new case.

Each time I asked if this indeed helps as I would more consider this
contra productive if I bother multiple Microsoft employees with
multiple cases about the SAME issue. - but I get not reply to this
question.

So I start wondering if this works differently and if the S3150 ban is
only being lifted when a certain number of cases regarding the SAME
issue have been opened. No problem I could open a case for the same
issue all hours until I don't see S3150 in our logs anymore ;-)

Anyone an insight how this best works?

What is best - submit only the one IP address affected (used for a
specific domain) or submit our whole ISP outbound email ip range for
all our customers domains each mapped to it's dedicated outbound ip?

Mit freundlichen Grüssen
