Ralph,

https://mxtoolbox.com/SuperTool.aspx?action=blacklist%3a95.216.145.1&run=toolpage
shows four different RBL listing for your IP address 95.216.145.1,
copy-and-paste of text follows:

| Checking 95.216.145.1 against 60 known blacklists...
| Listed 4 times with 0 timeouts
| Blacklist Reason
| DAN TOR 95.216.145.1 was listed
| s5h.net 95.216.145.1 was listed
| SEM BLACK 95.216.145.1 was listed
| Spamhaus ZEN 95.216.145.1 was listed

So, the blacklisting is broader than just Spamhaus, and I would be particularly
concerned about DAN TOR.
According to https://www.dan.me.uk/tornodes your IP is a TOR version 0.4.9.11
exit node, with the name "karnak" on port 1066.
A TOR contact email is also provided on that web page, for your IP address, but
I will not include it here.

Hope this might help,

Tony Patti

Alright, I can take a hint. ;-) The affected IPv4 address is
