I didn't see the IP address in "spam grouper" DNSBLs I know about
that cover netblocks of /24 and sometimes other sizes, so this "bad
neighbourhood" analogy (but with pizza!) probably (hopefully) doesn't
describe what's actually happening to 95.216.145.1.

Yeah, that was me. It's important to keep in mind that some
snowshoe spammers are also deliberate about limiting the quantity of
spam they send each day (as another tactic to avoid being detected).

Interestingly, there is some volume detected by Talos Intelligence
(from Cisco Systems):

https://talosintelligence.com/reputation_center/lookup?search=95.216.145.1

The "last month" magnitude rating is 0.6 (today's date is
2026-Aug-27), which means that this is the traffic that Talos
Intelligence is aware of. It doesn't mean that it's the ceiling,
hence it's certainly possible that the actual volume could be higher.

The "last day" magnitude rating shows 0.0 (which I believe means
below 0.1 but may not be absolutely 0).

Hopefully this change from 0.6 to 0.0 will be helpful to Ralph for
justifying de-listings.
